About the host
Hello, I’m Bianca Winataputri and I’m a curator, writer and researcher based in Naarm (Melbourne) and originally from Jakarta, Indonesia. For the past six years, as part of making my way back home, my practice has been centered on contemporary art from Southeast Asia, and the best conversations I’ve had throughout this journey are with artists and creatives. They have such an original, inspiring, and critical lens on life and our everyday surroundings that are grounded in place. Ideally, we would be having these conversations in their studios over a warm cup of coffee or tea, and food. Lots of food. But at a time when travel is limited, I have taken to podcast to learn and stay connected.
